Ubud Writers & Readers Festival was first organized in 2004, is now known as one of the largest literary festival in Southeast Asia. The mission of UWRF is realizing an international festival that celebrates thoughts, ideas, as well as global isues. Ubud kulinarische Erkundung Festival / Ubud Food Festival (UFF) findet wieder über drei Tage von 27 bis 29 Mai 2016 unter dem Motto "Go Local". Im Festival wurde kulinarischen Traditionen Indonesiens ein großer Star, Seite an Seite mit den lokalen Aspekte, die indonesische Küche machen, so vielfältig ist. UFF 2016 im Hintergrund, Geschichte und Bedeutung der kulinarischen Kultur von Indonesien wird immer tiefer von denen erforscht werden, die Kenntnisse auf dem kulinarischen Gebiet bekannt sind.
"In diesem Jahr unser Programm rund um das Thema drehen Ziel Go Local das Verständnis der kulinarischen Indonesien zu bereichern, wie Herkunft, der Schöpfer, und wie diese Lebensmittel mit der kulturellen, sozialen und Geographie passen, die es umgibt", erklärt Gründer & Regie Janet DeNeefe, wie in der Pressemitteilung enthalten sind.
Sisca Soewitomo, das ist immer eine Lieblingsfigur wara-Wiri im Fernsehen und hat Hunderte von Bücher von Rezepten geschrieben, dass seit über 40 Jahren Geschichten über seine Karriere in den kulinarischen Bereich zu teilen. Koch indonesische Präsident, WILLIAM WONGSO wird sein Buch starten Titel "Flavors of Indonesia: William Wongso kulinarische Wunder". Er beschrieb seine Reise durch die indonesische kulinarische Vielfalt, die in diesem Buch so reich ist.
Darüber hinaus ist der Koch und Journalist Petty Elliott mit Know-how in der modernen indonesischen Küche auch bereit UFF zu beleben. Darüber hinaus bei UFF 2016 die Schären kulinarischen Sterne, die anwesend sein wird, war Moderator und Journalist Bondan Winarno.
